I don't know how something can act as self-reflective and be so the opposite of it! Not one emotion, not one thought is explored nearly enough. Big statements are made at super random times (f.e. free death, i mean come one, that's not a topic you can talk about for only one page! Talk more about it or leave it out but this just felt offensive). It doesn't feel finished or thought out. i have felt many emotions described in this book and have had similar thoughts to the authors and while reading i always just thought: "This is the way you want to describe it? this is the way you want to leave the reader with it? really, this empty? is it not a lot more multifaceted?". This book felt static and made me feel unbelievably stuck (and not in a good way).
