I’m torn because this is very clearly a book to set up something big. And it does that actually quite well? But because of that it’s also a bit confusing.
It does slightly spoil the end of Doomsday Book as a warning. And it is confusing and a bit slow to start. If I hadn’t already read the other two Oxford Time Travel books I’m not sure I’d have stuck it out, but now I’m excited to read All Clear.
