This series ended with a fizzle. A very lacklustre last entry in the SEALs Undone series, this book was mostly the sexual activities of the two protagonists while they go from meet cute to marriage. We are never actually shown much of their relationship at all. The story often skips forward by weeks each chapter and we see the two going from sexy time to sexy time. I’m not sure how they even got engaged and got married as they didn’t really spend any time together. We get glimpses of their emails back and forth, some phone calls and then just sexy times. Very fast moving relationship but I didn’t really believe their connection. The characters are also completely undeveloped, other than him being a good looking, nice guy and her being curvy and kinda flighty (ha pun intended, she’s a flight attendant). Anyway this one can be missed and didn’t really do much for me, it was completely forgettable. Too bad as this series was a cute, quick, low angst go to for me.

Julie and Jason!!! The connection? Instant. The chemistry? Sizzling. The sexy? Explosive.

I love how their fun, almost hook-up turned into something solid and true. Julie is a flight attendant and Jason is an active SEAL living in different states (?), so between them the schedules are ridiculous and the timings are often off more than aligned. I love the authenticity of the LDR; the effort they made and the pockets of time they stole here and there just to see each other, the struggles and frustrations; they all made Julie and Jason very real to me.

Overall, ughhhhhh this was super fun and hot I HATE THAT I'M SINGLE @GOD WHEN IS MY TIME-

[she says this while doing absolutely nothing to change things, zero effort to mingle, hoping for the skies to finally rain men]
