I was really looking forward to this book but then was mostly disappointed. Perhaps I am not the target audience, being a neuroscientist myself. I loved the overall message of the book but found it meandering and self-congratulating.

What a fun way to learn about the brain! I appreciated that the Friths were honest throughout about what to look for when analyzing scientific journals. The drawings were beautiful.

**Thank you to Scribner for my free copy.

More non-fiction in comic form please! The images helped explain the science and the format helped simplify complicated topics. Very cool to get a deeper understanding of how our brains work.

A fascinating view into brain science. And a perfect example of how well the graphic novel format can work in nonfiction books for adults.

This was incredible! I learned so much about neuroscience and also how difficult of a field it is. The brain is such a mystery. BUT gossip is important according to science! And cooperation and teamwork ARE the better options! It was great. Dense, but great.
