A fun little historical fiction adventure-romp in the vein of the Davinci code, but less violent or self-serious. I’m not sure if I’d be along for a ride for the other books in the series, because this felt a little thin by the end. However, these swashbuckling international adventures through time were a fair way to spend some time. The introduction of famous historical figures became tiring after a while. Seems everyone knew everyone back then!
