Fifty shades meets the likes of Greek gods and the spice is unreal, paired with a plot of revenge, sassy lead female, and a broody yet caring lead male. I can’t wait to tackle the rest of the series.

I really loved the take on Olympus in this, where Hades, Zeus, etc were titles as opposed to actual gods. I've read a lot of persephone/hades retellings and this was the first I've come across with that take on things. Otherwise the story was a little rough, but definitely enjoyable. If you're not looking for anything too deep, it's a great read.

The smut was good. I liked the way Hades was written, but the rest of it wasn't fleshed out very well. I'm undecided on continuing the series.

Sürekli tekrarlanan ben ona güveniyorum, hayatımı riske ederim, kimseyi buraya getirmiyordum ancak üç gün önce tanıdığım kadını buraya getirmeliyim veya aylar yıllardır planladığım hayatı geride bırakabilirim bu adam için tarzı laflar ve olaylar beni çok gerdi. Yüksek olasılık aralarında gerçekleşenler bu kadar spontane olmasaydı görmezden gelebilirdim, but it did not happen.
Plot da yaratılan dünya da basit kalmış. Basit hikayelere lafım yok, ama Katee Robert kanımca bu kitapta basit bir hikaye anlatma peşinde değildi, hatta kompleks bir dünya kurmaya bile çalıştığı görülüyor. Yazarların yeri geldiğinde basit kitaplar yazmayı hedeflemeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum, çünkü olmayınca olmuyor ve biz de böyle boş ekstra 100? sayfa okuyoruz.
KR'nın yazdığı erotik sahnelere gelirsek, normalde okuduğum rom-com kitaplarının vanilyalıklarından çıkmış, çok daha farklı şeyler denemeye girişmiş. Bu sayfada kink shaming yapacak değilim! KR özellikle bu sahneleri işleyişinde güvenli bir ortam oluşturulmasına ve karakterlerin her şeyden önce tekrar tekrar sözel bir şekilde rıza göstermelerine özen göstermiş.
