This was pretty good! Some of the premise doesn't really make sense to me, and I had to make myself not think about it and just go along with whatever the story said. The ending was also wrapped up just a bit too easily for me, but I expected that once I realized we were three quarters of the way through the book. Overall I'd say I liked this book, but like. I wouldn't recommend it for the plot lmao. It's strictly a romance.

um 😳 this was good. the vibe of like. this is a fucked up sexy scenario but also it’s explicitly clear that these are consensual encounters and there isn’t a power imbalance is soooooo good. um. i had a good time.

This had potential, especially because of the strength of the spicy scenes, but ultimately, it was handicapped by poor writing elsewhere. It was extremely repetitive and often felt like a Wattpad story versus a published novel. With a little more depth and mature prose, this could have been really good. As it stands, it only got this high of a rating because the spicy scenes were very well written.
