Dang Ann Rule is good at what she does. Ten pages in, I was hooked. I couldn't stop talking about this book and was always looking forward to picking it up. I didn't know the central case beforehand but the author's writing made me feel so connected and invested.
As much as I love Ann Rule, sometimes her stories drag on a bit too long but I DEVOUERED this one. Incredible. Another "how the hell did I not already know this true crime story!?" situation!
