I have now spent a couple of month to get up to date before book 23 and still I am not bored with what happens in the park. A Night Too Dark by Dana Stabenow continue the story about Kate Shugak and what happens in Alaska. People disappear in the wild , sometimes they are found and sometimes not. The bodies keeps dropping but who are they? Is the mine a good thing or not? well some of these questions are answered in this book and some are not but it's another marvellous tale of the antics in the wild.

This Kate Shugak novel is as much about the conflicting efects of modernization on remote Alaska as a murder mystery. Both are as well down as they always are with Stebrnow's series.

This was exactly what I wanted! A mystery set in Alaska with a woman detective. I asked for this at a small bookstore in Juneau and the woman at the counter recommended this series. It was a good read, nice and twisted plot with good characters. I'll try more of this series.

Another excellent adventure. While it can be sad, I like how life is progressing in the series.

Another good one, except forcthe ending. Luckily the author can spend the next book justifying what she did, darnit!
