I’d give this a 4 and half stars if I could. I had only read gone girl a few years ago and I can’t believe I waited so long to read another of Gillian’s works . This book was intense and gripping. There were characters I didn’t like but also none I really liked . A story like this made my stomach turn especially the character Ben and Trey. This is a thriller lovers must read.

Of the three Gillian Flynn books I’ve read, I think this is the best. For me, it’s always a surprise how readable her books are because I never like any of the characters. It was a quick read and the narrators were really good. I did not love the ending but eh, I was entertained.
