I truly despised every minute I spent listening to this book. I know I should explain but I have a migraine and I simply cannot bear to waste more time on this book. That was truly the most hot nonsense I have ever heard in my life
hopeful
informative
inspiring
reflective
fast-paced
Meh. There were a few interesting topics and points of view. But overall I didn’t agree much and probably won’t remember anything about this book in a months time.
Nothing too ground breaking but it was an enjoyable read. I walked away with some things that I’ll try to implement in my life, and some things that’ll take a little more persuasion for me to try like walking around barefoot.
Regular pseudoscience crap. This book taught me that you have to google authors first
This was an okay book, I feel like there were a couple interesting take aways, but it didn’t meet my expectations.
This is a sneaky book by scientists trying to weave their opinions with facts/studies to try and present the ideas as proven truth. Was hoping to dig deeper into evolutionary biology, but ended up trying to parse through oddly specific anecdotes. Boooooooooooooooooooo.
Filled with misinformation, rambling tangents not brought back to the original point, and it is very preachy.
