Probably a better all-around book than Eragon was, it's definitely aged slightly better. Paolini does well to expand the world and add much needed depth to it, the lore is definitely more interesting in this one. Some elements still outline how young Paolini was at the time of writing. For some reason, I don't remember the final 2 books very well, hoping they still hold up!

Relatively accessible fantasy that I grew up on. Not necessarily groundbreaking, but incredibly well-developed and conceptualized. Always down for a dragon story, regardless.
