It is excellent to read something that has come from Marilyn, )with the help of the the authors deciphering some of her hand written notes). To not read any biases or someone’s fixation of her beauty or sex symbol status or perceived vapid-ness.
This book really allows you to see the actual human that was Marilyn, that intelligent, self-reflective, reading obsessed woman that the media almost never portrays, even to this day.
I adore her even more now because of the fabulous idea that brought us this book.
Something everyone who adores and respects in one way or another should read!
