I hate Christopher Bauer. This book is was a little creepy at times but mostly frustrating. I wish the ending would’ve been less open ended.

Really kept me on my toes and wanting more after each chapter. I can’t even begin to describe the frustration I felt towards Christopher’s blindness!! I felt so bad for Hannah and her family.. none of that should’ve happened in the first place. Lucinda Berry is such an amazing writer that tackles on heavy topics but always does it in such a knowledgeable way.

this was something. i took awhile to get into this book but once i did, i was INTO it. loved the short chapters & writing style, however just like most people who has read this book, the husband, infuriated me to much. to the point i had tabs dedicated to how many red flags he has. i was ok with the open ending (ish) but felt like the book could’ve done more. still crazy and shockingly good though.

THE definition of a psychological thriller. Absolutely insanity from beginning to end. But I’m left with SOOOOOO many unanswered questions and I’m quite disappointed i didn’t get any answers
