This was a definite improvement over the previous book and it does feel like some things happened that will have actual ramifications but I'm annoyed that there was no A reveal.

I do not like this book. ⭐️⭐️ Unlike the previous book Stunning, Burned did not entertain me at all. From beginning to end the storyline was a complete mess.

Let's start off with Spencer. I did not care about her and Reefer when they first met and I don't care about them now. Him trying to make something between them work while she spazzed out is something you couldn't have paid me to read about any longer. Her stupid plans were, in my opinion, the hardest parts to read. Swim out into the middle of the ocean at night away from the ship while everyone is evacuating from the explosion and dive down into the caves of coral that were too dangerous to go to in your scuba class to bury a necklace that NOBODY would've traced back to the girls to begin with......im angry even reliving it to write this review. Almost makes me happy she came that close to drowning. She acts like she is the smartest but is no doubt the most stupid.

Now onto Emily. Emily, Emily, Emily. At this point I'm not even upset with her for the way she acts and the things she does, I feel bad for her. Do you know how desperate to feel loved you have to be to do the things she does. I have no choice but to pity her character just so I’m not enraged. Jordan didn't love you, she didn't even know you and instead you were about to run away with a girl being chased by the FBI because she broke out of jail just because you had a crush on her. Give me a break. Although im glad the girls were mad at her for lying about leaving the door open for Ali, been waiting for her to confess for like 4 books.

Aria....really? Let's play matchmaker for Graham because you killed his ex-girlfriend and feel bad? You don't need to get more involved you needed to switch partners and stay as far away as possible. Now I while I have no doubt, 100% that Graham is not A and did not try to kill her with an explosion (maybe he was surprised that you were wearing his DEAD exes necklace after you MURDERED her or something like that) and even knowing this, im glad he chased her and she feared for her life. I think the girls all need a little bit of that to put things into perspective every now and then. Having said that, I don’t believe for a second that Noel wouldn’t have followed aria after that freak show moment she had. He would’ve followed her and seen what happened with Graham, what did he do go back to the talent show after that??

And Hanna, girl you almost killed someone and then lied and covered it up. Even if Naomi was after you, you deserved it. None of them deserved the rescue boat she organized. Naomi was the best character in the whole book. That being said, it couldn't have been more obvious that Naomi wasn't A. Literally couldn't have been more obvious.

Time to see what the next book has in store, please be better than this book
