The first half of the book was good and I liked the end but there were swathes of the book that just went too crazy far off the rails that I felt was a complete shift in the book. I like twists and surprises but these felt forced and "for shock value"

This book broke my brain (and not in a good way). Started strong, went completely off the rails in the middle, and then wrapped everything up with duct tape. Honestly… what did I just read?!

I really enjoyed this book. The beginning started off strong and was able to keep my attention but somewhere in the middle I was getting bored and hoping for something to happen. Well...my wish was granted. The ending was great.

I cant believe that this is a debut novel. I look forward to reading more from this author.
