WOW! This book is emotional, funny, sexy, and heart-warming. The best books to me are when you go on a rollercoaster from start to finish. (potential spoilers ahead)

Rhys is soooo baby gurl energy and he just wants to do the best he can. Sadie is very much black-cat coded. They are the best version of grumpy x sunshine. Throughout this whole book, you are rooting for them and their relationship but also real life happens and leaves you hanging on to every word.

Rhys's parents !!! round of applause for those angels - we need a romance just for them.

AND Sadie's brothers- I cried for them. I think this book is so real and raw in a way I haven't seen out of a romance in a little bit. The touch on mental health and bad home lives was well executed!

Overall, I would recommend this book if you want a bit of a heavier romantical read that still has all the things we love from romances :)

This had a lot of similarities to binding 13 but with older characters and spice. All of that made it really good. However, I think the plot could’ve been more fleshed out. Especially pertaining to the initial relationship buildup and some specific scenes, I feel like I needed more to fully believe it.
