After following Lala for a while on instagram and re-entering the dating scene following a 10 year relationship, this book came at the perfect time in my life. The advice is invaluable and delivered in a funny no-nonsense way with quotes that I will continually remind myself of. However, there is a more serious side to it and it is so important to spot the signs of potential abuse early before you get too deep into a relationship with someone who is going to cause you harm. Every woman and girl should read this book.

P.S. also tell the men in your life about this book. Their reaction will tell you a lot about them.
