There are things that we know about dating, dating apps, men and even ourselves but it's easy to get lost in what we think we want or what society wants us to be that we often end up forgetting these things.

Enter Lala on Instagram and her book with much required words of wisdom that we sometimes need to hear.

She does a great job with her blog and with this book. I listened to it on audible but felt like I missed out on various resources she provides on her Kindle. Read it instead.

A love letter to women everywhere. I very much enjoyed this book! Educational and uplifting!  As a single woman trying to date in a disastrous landscape in a foreign country, my friend told me this book was much needed for me and I absolutely agree.
