More a 1.5⭐️

First: Sarah being the defense attorney for her husband…disbarment anyone? Conflict of interest anyone?

Second: how stupid is Adam? Very apparently from start to finish. Feeling up a girlfriend and she doesn’t move at all…plus the fact she should have been MUCH colder considering she was already dead. Every move he made was absolutely ridiculous. I know desperate people can do stupid things but wow this one takes the cake.

Third: It seemed there were plots that seemed to go…nowhere. And the ending was just…it wasn’t satisfying and it felt rushed. And the added twists of Oooo let’s add this and Oooo this now!

I’ll try another book from this author but this one just wasn’t hitting it for me.
