This was such a cute graphic novel! Alix is a hockey player and she is being bullied by the captain of the team. She punched her teammate in the face and was frustrated by her action and the reaction of others around her; Ezra is a drama club actor who is bullied too, but he seems to be able to control his reactions. Alix asks for help and Ezra says he will. They become friends and start hanging out, helping each other, and they become close.

First, the drawings in this book are so great! I thought they were so beautiful the whole time. I loved the hockey action shots especially, along with the shots right before and after a kiss and hug. The extras at the end were so sweet too. This was just a really cute, sweet story of friends who become more, and I loved it.
