This is a beautiful and bittersweet novella about loss and the lengths a sister is willing to go to save a life. Looking forward to more work by this talented writer!

This is poetic prose, and should be read as poetry in my opinion. The short novella choked me up quickly and the dynamics of having multiple perspectives, and TIME having a personified voice of its own??, was incredibly well crafted.

Toward the end the chapters became disconnected and harder to follow, but also seemed more metaphorical as we understand the family learning and experiencing “madness.”

Great novella and a beautiful writing style.
