I have been interested in this one for years, so getting to read the "newer" version is always exciting. I loved the way this focused both on the dancing and the romance. Pros for people who like those TV reality shows, just saying.

I received an ecopy of this book through Netgalley; however, my opinions are my own

literally so grateful to St. Martin’s Press + NetGalley for letting me read this early, i’m a huge fan of alexis daria’s work and was hoping this would be another 5 star read for me from the start. i can honestly say it definitely earned that rating! this book felt like a breath of fresh air (cheesy i know) and a perfect escape from all my semester assignments and readings. it was so FUN and easy to get lost in, stone and gina pulled me in in a way not many characters usually do in romance books, their struggles and emotions were so powerful i couldn’t put this down.

✨Thoughts ✨
If you are a fan of DWTS, then you must read this one!

I really enjoyed this one, the tension and build up between these two…loved it! I loved the whole DWTS concept, I kept picturing each of their dances in my head while reading. Stone is a quiet, tall, and bearded man, I really liked him. I loved Gina, a fiery Latina woman who was going after her dreams and wasn’t going to put up with any BS. The chemistry between these too was great. I wasn’t expecting this to be so spicy, but I loved it!

I wasn’t crazy about the drama at the end between these two. I also felt like Stone’s secret was a little far-fetched.

Just think of a splash between Dancing with the Stars and Jungle Jim.
It's Gina's fifth season on the Dance Off and she has never won once but for this season she is determined to win.
She is then paired with a reality TV star of the popular TV show, Living Wild. From there first meeting Gina and Stone would identify the sizzling attraction between them.
Soon the secrets they are both keeping threatens to tear them apart.
I really loved this book and I would definitely recommend it.
