I see reviews of people both loving or hating this book completely. I can't agree with either. She was definitely depressed and I have to appreciate how candid she was about how terrible she is.
This book bleak.

A very unusual story, to be sure. A little bit existential, relatively open ended and vaguely disconcerting, this book is very separate from the things I have experienced in my life up until now, yet it does a surprisingly good job of capturing emotions that I would consider pretty difficult to express.

This book is one of the most relatable and accurate depictions about depression, however the ending felt so abrupt and the conclusion was too fast for a very slow book.
