I really enjoyed the early parts of the book, especially because I was definitely in need of some of the ideas at the time but at not even halfway through, I know how the story is going to play out and how it is going to end. I’ll maybe come back to it in future because I love Matt Haig, but I’m bored with it for now.

I really liked the story, but the book had many flaws that I struggled to look past. The unrealistic conversations, odd depiction of depression and the predictability were some of them. It felt very much like a wattpad-story, and the writing was honestly a little bit lazy. Especially when it came to the characters.
