I completely thought that due to the second book the author was going to shy away from being like fifty shades. I was wrong. I hate when I am wrong. Between the paint on the car... the ex girlfriend who was messed up...ex girlfriend tries suicide... naked pictures of ex's, child molestation... do we need to go on. This book felt like fifty shades without the great bdsm sex scenes. I found the sex scenes bland, and similar. No matter how they had sex it felt vanilla. I wasn't impressed.

3.5 stars. J. Kenner’s Complete Me, the final installment of the Stark Trilogy, ties up all of the loose ends of the various storylines. Overly dramatic and angsty, this final novel has some unexpected twists and turns but the overall story is a rehash of the themes from the previous novels. What a great end to an amazing story! This book pretty much gave everything and answered a lot of Damian's secrets. I love the growth of both characters individually and as a couple. Not going to give anything away, but I was not shocked to find out who the stalker was but then again I was. When this character was introduced I was like "that person is sooo it". The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because there was no epilogue! I am spoiled and I need those! BUT it did end on a nice note, I just wanted more.

What a beautiful finish for Nikki and Damien.

After all their battles, Nikki and Damien face the biggest challenge of all time. Damien is being charged with the murder of his former tennis coach, in Germany. Nikki intends to stand by his side and support him through the trial but only Damien holds the key to getting off. Unfortunately his pride will not allow him to come forward. He'd would rather spend his life in jail, then let the world know of the abuse he suffered at his coach's hand.

As it turns out, someone else has evidence of the dirty deeds Damien suffered. Can he find the person with the evidence and contain it before it gets out, all while trying to stay out of jail? All the while, Nikki is being stalked and threatened.

I had some ideas about who the mystery person was with the photos but the twist and turns in this book kept me guessing. Plus, Damien and Nikki are just as HOT as ever. Their love life is completely smoking and leaves you needing a cold shower.

I'm both happy and sad to see an end to this series. Sad because I'll miss the uber sexy Damien Stark but happy because it means that I don't have to sit tied in knots for what their future holds.

Good conclusion to the series. The mystery of who was harassing Nikki is revealed, but i really thought there would be more to it. Other than that, I think it really worked as an ending. I just saw that a fourth book is being published in April 2017. I hour my library gets it. In the meantime, I'll give the novella a try.

This one was more like the first when you’re left going, this is such an unhealthy relationship.
I’d say it’s skim-worthy.

It was kind of boring. It’s a very slow paced book and just nothing was happening. If it was it was the FMC saying something and then the MMC just always saying it’s nothing, when it’s something, then he tells her and they have sex. The spice isn’t great in the book either. The foreplay was amazing but the actual “climaxes’ are meh.
