It was pretty good  book. If you have the tendency to fall into spirals of obsessive thinking and depression, you might be triggered by the raw detail of it.

I don't know why I was hesitant to read this book for so many years? It was so great, but it was probably a lot more meaningful to me now than it would have been when it first came out. I resonated so much with her relationship to her dad and holding onto the things that were his (Harold and his phone).

It truly broke my heart and makes me cry every time I think about the car accident scene.

This book tackles mental health and OCD in a way I haven't read before. It made me so anxious to hear the Aza's thought spirals and it made me so sad for her. The only thing I didn't love about the book was Daisy's character. I felt like she was never really a good friend to Aza and maybe that's just a side effect of being a shitty teenager but I just wasn't a fan. I never thought I'd be crying at a John Green book at 26 but here we are!
