This was my favorite premise so far, but Logan wasn’t my favorite exactly... I’m just tired of the “I was abandoned as a child so I’m not allowed to feel love” trope.... Otherwise, I loved Maddie and Aunt Thea!

Such an adorable and funny book! What happens when a shy English lady makes up a Scottish fiancé who's off at war? What happens when the random name she picks is actually a solider who gets her letters? Chaos happens. Cute occurrences happen. And, of course, true love happens as well. A solid romance read - 10/10 would recommend!
