Go Hex Yourself

Go Hex Yourself is a cute, feel-good rom com. Perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit. I loved the relationship between Reggie and Ben. The tension is unmatched.

Ben is known for being a grumpy, arrogant, semi-rude warlock who doesn't care about anyone. However, he's secretly sweet, protective, and cares deeply for Reggie (his grandmother's familiar).

Both of them fight their feelings for each other. Although throughout the story, we see that Ben is just misunderstood. They grow closer when they have to team up to solve the mystery of who put a spell on his grandmother.

The little mystery aspect made this book even more exciting and fun!

POSSIBLE SPOILERS
This book was such a slooowwww burn but the ending was phenomenal.
We start off with our sunshine character Reggie. Reggie interviews for a job with a crazy older lady named Dru who goes on about magic, spells, and tablets.
Reggie meets Dru's nephew Ben (magnus....every time I read the word Magnus, I thought Magnum which I am sure you can catch the drift if you read this book).
It was definitely a mystery book more than a lovers story but the mystery did end up being love the whole time!!!

This was super cute!! They were more spicy parts than I thought there would be but not too bad!!
adventurous emotional funny hopeful lighthearted mysterious medium-paced

Choppy writing and pacing. Made the FMC feel immature. The spice seemed to be there just for vibes rather than add something special to the story. And the resolution to the plot was LAME.

Such a cute book I wasn’t even expecting the spice. Get the audiobook I’m always surprised when Teddy Hamiltons voice pops up as I always forget his other name. This was just what I needed to keep that end of year reading slump at bay I felt coming on.
