I wish it were more fleshed out, there are some good ideas but the story just isn't long enough for them to make much of an impact when the plot has to jump forward so quickly.

I was very happy to receive a copy of this book for free from the author through the First Reads program on Goodreads.com.
I thought that this novella was had the perfect amount of creepy without being overly done. It was a short read but a satisfying one. It only took a little over an hour to read but the story was very interesting and was like nothing I ever read before. The author's writing was fantastic and I'm interested in possibly checking out some of his other work. I don't often read books twice but I think that this one may just be worth reading a second time.
