During the first half of the book, it felt like insta-love and I didn't connect with the characters much. But then I really enjoyed the second one! 3,5 stars.

this is the 6th and final book in this series and wow it is my most favourite of them all.
this is Zee and Alexis story, I loved how this book had me gripped right from the very start.
I'm a little like what this can't be the last one I need more Sunder!
Me Jackson has shown with this series how remarkable her writing style is.

Five + Bleeding Stars!!
I knew in my heart that Zee was going to break my heart the most out of all these rockers and I wasn't wrong. He carried the weight of the world on his shoulders and he bares it in silence. He has secrets he feels he need to keep or his world will come crashing down .. and the he meets Alexis and she changes EVERYTHING. He does for her things he never imagined he could. He gives her his heart. He stands up for her. And the ride that they take together is not to be missed!
What a way to wrap up a series!! Thank you AL Jacskson!! These books will stay with me FOREVER!!

No!!!!! It's all over now! *cries* Zee and Alexis are perfect! Their budding relationship kept me on my toes. The opening chapters had me asking a million questions and they were all answered as the story went on. Amy has done an amazing job with this series. I tried so hard to make it last, but it was not so. What a fantastic way to bring the Bleeding Stars series to a close.

DISCLAIMER: I received an ARC of this book for honest review. This review remain unbiased and is shared with the utmost joy and love for the series.

I'm just gonna go crawl into a ball in the corner holding the paperbacks and crying because this series is officially over.

Perfect ending...

This was a great series. And concluding it was Zachary and Alexis was perfect. He was always that member there for everyone. Standing there through everything. Once I knew there was a little boy involved I kind of knew the path of the story but it was a beautiful journey all the same.

I think she needs to write a conclusion with all the members. I want to know if Ash ever filled up all the bedrooms!!

I'm devastated that this series is over. But what a way to end it. With Zee's story. And what a freaking story it is.

Chills. This books gave me chills. To say Zee intrigued me from the very beginning of this incredible series would be a massive understatement. I was so desperate to get the story behind the quiet and mysterious drummer of Sunder, Zee Kennedy. My goodness! What a story it is!! I was not disappointed. I am in awe of this book. I didn’t want to put it down. A.L. Jackson’s beautifully written words made me feel so many things. It made me smile. It broke my heart. I swooned and I cried (a lot). I fell completely in love with amazing characters and fiercely despised others. I felt everything!! Alexis and Zee’s story captured my heart and I’m ok if I never get it back. I loved loved loved Stand so very much!

We knew so little of Zee throughout the series. He was so quiet and reserved. He didn’t partake in the partying or drinking like his bandmates. Always stayed under the radar. We learned early in the series that he stepped in and became the drummer of the band after his brother Mark passed away. Well… it turns out the man has some major secrets. I was stunned. My heart wept for him. Torn between what he wants and what he feels he deserves and weighed down by guilt and obligation left him feeling so alone. Zee was living someone else’s life for such a long time. Gah! I just wanted to wrap him up in a hug. When he is with Alexis, it’s a beautiful and brilliant harmony and peace. They are magic together with undeniable chemistry. She’s so sweet, honest and innocent. I absolutely adore her!! Alexis, also with her own guilt and sense of obligations, is such a light for Zee and he’s a wish come true for her. These two …are just so perfect together. I can’t get over it.

Stand is the perfect conclusion to this amazing series. It tied up all the Sunder boys’ stories wonderfully. *sigh, I hate to see the Bleeding Stars series come to an end. It’s one of my favorite series of all time. The beautiful lyrical words of A.L. Jackson made me cry more tears than any other series. I’ve also found some of my favorite characters ever written. (Ash!!! I heart him so much!) I am grateful to have read all the Bleeding Stars books and I can’t wait to see what else A.L. Jackson has up her sleeves.

No fear. Just life.

Beautiful, intense, soul-grabbing. Every time that I pick up a book by A.L. Jackson, I know that it is going to be an emotionally charged experience, that her words are going to paint a story so vivid, so engrossing, so consuming, that it will leave me wrung out and overwhelmed. Because Amy's words are poetry. Every character, every scene, words crafted together in such a way that the stories become part of me, in the deepest and most wonderful way.

Zachary 'Zee' Kennedy has always been a bit of a mystery. Each of the Sunder boys is beautiful and broken, so I just assumed that there was much more to Zee's story, and that we would get the whole view in time. And in STAND, Amy delivers beautifully, peeling back the layers of Zee's life and background to reveal the true man.

Alexis Kensington, like Zee, is bound by her past. Committed to saving her sister from a life that she doesn't want to leave, Alexis is willing to do anything to ensure that Avril is free from the things that are destroying her. Zee finds her at a dire time, and, while they truly need each other, I don't think that Zee was ready for her at all. He's consigned himself to a life in the shadows, making atonement for choices that were made a long time ago. But Alexis is the light to his perceived dark, and he cannot stay away.

"Sometimes it gets old, living in the shadows. Somehow they're not quite so dark when you're around."
"Is that what you feel? Like you're invisible?...Because you're the only thing I see."

I have fallen so in love with the Bleeding Stars series, and the whole Sunder family, and it was a very bittersweet feeling, reading STAND and knowing that it's the last book for this bunch. These books remain some of my favorites, both because Amy writes angst and beauty like not many others, and because each of these stories touched me in a very deep way. I can't say enough good about STAND, and the rest of the series, and I really think that they are some of the best that I've read. 5+ stars for Zee and Alexis, and another A.L. Jackson story that broke my heart, then pieced it together, that showed light in despair and hope in hopelessness. If you haven't met the boys of Sunder, you're missing out. This is a series that is completely binge-worthy, so don't just add them to your TBR. Make a date, find a comfy reading corner, and fall in love.
