Perfectly nice, if unremarkable, political memoir. 

I have a slight obsession with New Zealand, and also a deep appreciation of Jacinda Ardern's openly empathetic leadership style which is why I picked this up.  

This is a me problem, opening a memoir and immediately falling into a reading slump... but this book is a lovely summary of her rise to power, time in office and decision to depart.
