There were about too many subplots, none of which got fully explored. I really wanted then to delve into the nightmare subplot, since it did tie in well with Hilda's fears and things that actually happened later on.

Another great addition to the Hilda book series. I like that this follows the tv show but not entirely. It’s cool to read more about Hilda and her adventures.
