If you want a book with a lot of sex scenes then Misadventures of a City Girl by Meredith Wild and Chelle Bliss, Misadventures book one, is your book. Madison Atwood is in dire need of an escape after her recently publicized divorce. She runs to a posh retreat in Northern California hoping to re-center herself so she can move on. Veteran Luke Dawson lives off the grid, preferring to avoid society and interacting with people. When Luke encounters Madison soaking in the hot springs on his property, he cannot help but watch. Although she is a guest at the retreat on his property, he can’t help thinking and fantasizing about her. City girl Madsion soon discovers Luke’s secluded cabin where the two decide to spend time acting on their mutual attraction. When the outside world interrupts their sexual sanctuary, Luke is not ready to say goodbye to Madison, the only one who’s made him feel anything in years. Madison does not want to leave Luke behind after he brought her back to life. These two need to find a compromise to meet their needs for each other.
I enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down, reading it in one day. There was a lot of time in this story spent with Madison and Luke sharing sex, in detail, overpowering some scenes. I recommend this book to other readers and am looking forward to the next book in this series.

Very Romantic
Now this was a good HEA read. I loved Luke & Madison's story. I loved how they were able to help each other with what they were going through. She got her mountain man and he got his city girl.

I'm a huge Meredith Wild fan having fallen in love with her writing reading the Hacker series. I'm not familiar with Chelle Bliss, but if this is the love child they've birth together, I want another!!

This book was zero plot, all insta-love/lust and honestly just really boring and kinda dumb. I tried to push through but I just couldn’t do it

She doesn't want to partake in the social activities of the resort once she arrives, so she takes a hike on one of the trails that lead to a spring. This is where she meets our mountain man, former Seal, Luke as he watches her skinny dip....and more.
Luke is hiding out from life after some pretty tough missions as a Navy Seal. He no longer feels a part of society and has lived off the grid for the past 5 years. He doesn't want to give into the temptation of city girl Madison, but he just can't resist her.
There's a little bit of push/pull while these two try to resist each other but when they stop resisting, it's pretty smokin. Luke is an Alpha male, but displays insecurities. Madison starts out as a wounded woman, but soon shows some steel the more time she spends with Luke.

It was a good book. Not a lot of plot. Lots of sexy times. I listened on audio so I enjoyed it.
Meh. Might have been a 3 without the casual fatphobia and the non use of condoms (seriously romance authors, do better).
