Excuse me I'm broken it's FINE.
I didn't know a lot about this part of Greek mythology, or these characters specifically, but I did know it ended tragically. AND BOY DID IT. But so so beautifully too.
The simple, brutal prose in this book is so well done. I want to protect Patroclus forever and ever thank you very much.
