I love Chevy Stevens writing and this book was no exception! It had me hooked and unable to put it down to go to sleep. She has a way of developing her characters that you are invested in finding out what happens next!

I was invested in the characters from the early pages. They grew but remained dependable.

Bonus points for Captain, the rescued pitbull. ❤️❤️

Tried to get into this one, but was a no-go...maybe all the stress/uncetainty in time of Coronavirus..will maybe try again sometime later..

LOVED this book!!!

Finished but did not enjoy. Such a melodrama!

I really enjoyed this book. While it is a standard who-dunnit mystery type, it is well written and well researched. The book examines the harshness of high school and trying to fit in while discovering who you are. Not all storylines have a happy ending which only adds to the realism of the book. It's a great mystery with a few shocking twists. Definitely worth the read

Amazing? No. Enjoyable? Yes.

I got hooked by this story and finished it quickly. I don't know that it will stick with me in the long-term, but it was fine for a weekend read.
