Omg, the board game chapter ALONE is worth five stars! I actually had to stop reading to catch my breath from laughing so hard. This series never ceases to make me laugh until I'm crying and I cannot be more grateful for that.

While I have qualms about Nagisa giving Kaguya a porn DVD to watch and calling it "sex education," considering that's something a normal teenager would do AND it's proven that the students at this school tend to be a wee bit...sheltered, I'm willing to let that slide. Also, the "advice" Ishigami and Miyuki give to Maki regarding mens' sexual impulses and virginity is clearly NOT meant to be taken seriously so I'm cool with that too. Besides, both Ishigami's and Miyuki's reactions are so consistent with their characters it would be weird for them to give some speech about purity and true love. The cherry on top, though, is Chika's reaction to their "advice". Never thought I'd see the day where Chika was scared of romance talk, but here we are.

The flashback scene between Maki and Kaguya was really sad, it breaks my heart seeing two young girls become enemies at a young age due to their families' dark past. It also further explains why Kaguya is who she is and reinforces what a terrible clan she was born into. Side note, her brother also sounds like a massive bag of dicks, I feel so bad she's related to him.

And finally, Miyuki and Kaguya's relationship continues to be put to the test this volume, but the prank chapter in the beginning was so well handled and showed more of Kaguya's mischievous side. But more importantly, their phone conversation towards the end of the volume was so damn cute and precious, I fell in love with these two all over again! I really hope they can overcome these hurdles and live happily in the end. Just let my babies be happy, dammit!

That's all I've got without writing a five page essay about what I loved about this volume. Sad I have to wait so long for the next volume, but I will stay strong! All for my dysfunctional babies!

That one went a little off the rails around the midpoint. But I giggled like an idiot, so I can't really blame it in honest. Plus the nightly scene between our two MCs was really sweet. (I didn't want to spoil it, but now it sounds oddly ominous
