Oh 1986 romance. Button flies, stirrup pants and hairy chested men. Oh and the women had luxuriant apex's. It was a furry time in the romantic fiction world. Sometimes it's fun to go back in time. Those over-blouses were comfortable. lol.

I've enjoyed many of Delinsky's books over the years but this one is from those early Harlequin years where the heroine is a whiny helpless thing and her strong man is all she needs to feel fulfilled. Or filled. Take your pick. Painful to listen to in 2015 but a blast from the past to be sure.
