Classic stuff. Virtually all of the villains from the TV show are introduced here. This thing is a phone book. Enjoy the Silver Age, and beat people with it as well.
Side note: after reading the Kid Flash stories, I find myself asking this question - were kid gangs really that big a deal in 1960? With leather caps and scowls? No one ever said anything about them in my history classes.
