As a music lover, I was intrigued by The Farewell Tour. And I’m a sucker for a strong female lead. Lillian is flawed, raw, real, and at times, unlovable. This one was a slow start for me, but the ending was worth the wait.

The Farewell Tour is for you if:
* You’re looking for a book about a woman who paves her own path and goes through unspeakable things to survive.
* You love music, especially country music.
* You like dual timeline.
* You are enthralled with country music history.
* You don’t mind a slow build.
