An interesting take on self-aware AI wrapped in an X-Men story. Also, a brief, but very enjoyable, cameo by the Fantastic Four.

Supremely satisfying, Whedon and Cassaday firing on all cylinders. I'm willing to forgive the classic "every character is sassy" problem because just about every friggin joke lands.

Danger reminded me too much of Ultron. Sometimes it was hard to focus. But, Wing's storyline was really interesting and kept me bouncing on my toes. Really creepy, as well.

While I really enjoyed the first volume in this series, I absolutely LOVED volume 2. I was immediately sucked in with Issue #1 and couldn't stop reading. From the incredibly suspenseful plotline to the humorous dialogue, it was everything I could have wanted from a graphic novel. Also uhm, that scene between Kitty & Peter!!! I can't with them, they are one of my favorite X-Men 'ships. I can't wait to continue on with volume 3 and see what happens next.
