Just okay.

I was expecting more of a Spidey/Deadpool team-up but it seems like what I really got was what if Deadpool was Spidey in the 80's...? Except there wasn't a nice strong 80's vibe. It was nothing at all like the throwback/time travelling fun of DEADPOOL (1997) 11 where Deadpool travels back to the 1960's - Spider-Man/Deadpool Vol. 0: Don't Call It A Team-Up

This felt like an unnecessary transplant/what if instead of a genuine Deadpool story.

I started reading it but after after like 10 pages I started skimming it but then I just stopped reading it all together and just looked at the panels. So I won’t rate it because I didn’t actually read it but idk if that says anything about the comic itself. The art was nice.

a funny sidetrack down tangent story based on a revisionist comic book. The depth of the ideas around Deadpool storylines juxtaposed next to the ridiculous insanity of the character I think is what really attracts me to him. not great as I think the funniest joke was a dick joke about Kraven that was followed up in the footnotes. I'm all for dick jokes but they shouldn't be the highlight of the book.
