I read this to my children early in the pandemic lock-down phases and we just LOVED It! The stories were thoroughly researched with sources documented, but they were written in a very readable style that kept my kids' attention. I appreciated that they addressed some difficult topics but still approached them from a faithful perspective. Though I felt I was pretty familiar with the early history of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I still learned many new things!
