This book was definitely something different from what I usually read. The main character's struggle with her ED was very much the center of the story as well as her struggles coping with her reality. I wish the book had a trigger warning as it talks about sensitive topics like anorexia, bulimia, suicide, and abuse. I gave it three stars because, though I did like the book, I probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend and I have no intentions of rereading it (I'm usually a pretty avid re-reader). However, I really did like the main character Stevie-  she had a very unique voice and is very sarcastic. I admit that it was difficult to like her at first but as the storyline progressed, I was really able to see her more amiable traits. This book also goes back and forth between past and present events which usually isn't a style of writing I enjoy, but I think it was necessary in this book and really gave me insight as to why Stevie is the way she is.
