This series is honestly one of my favorites and I decided to go back and read it from the beginning to prepare for the new anime coming out. I know how the series will end, but I know I'll still enjoy reading about the adventures of Tohru and the Sohmas, all the time exploring the world of high school romance and friendships.

Re-reading then I will probably find this series a new home. Having seen the anime again recently it is good to realise how much more I like the Manga. Some of the gender role stuff feels much more jarring now than it did back in 2005

I am meant to be sleeping but I just craved a read of this series.
Its my first re read in over 10 years. Still just as attached to the characters.
I will accept no criticism of this manga.

First manga I had ever read and it was as incredible as I had heard.

Initial thoughts:

1. I felt so nostalgic reading this manga again!
2. Toru is such an adorable, although naive, character. Love her!
3. Shigure and also Hanajima and Uotani are hilarious!
4. The fights between Yuki and Kyo seem to never end.
5. Amazing artwork!

Cute story but my interest in it ran out during high school. Only ever got to volume 3
