I can't wait to make some of the recipes in this book!

I really liked the nutritional information for each recipe, along with additional information at the back of the book.

I highly recommend this cookbook if you're looking to learn more about food, what's in our food, and making healthier lifestyle choices.

Probably the best cookbook I've used so far. Almost every meal was good, almost all were filling, and they were all fairly easy to make. We only tweaked a couple of recipes to make them better. Highly recommend this one!

There's so really good food in this one! My sister put me on to it with the super food's salads and my kids love them. I borrowed it from the Library and I must admit, I will be purchasing a copy for the kitchen fairly soon. Jamie's done a great job of making good healthy food exciting again with this one.

Beautiful and mouth watering, but on the practical side...Some meals were very heavy on carbs and some ingredients are not ones common to my area.

Looking forward to trying the marmite and mushroom scrambled eggs, and the gluten free protein bread. Lots of great ideas and wonderful focus on health nutritious food without all the faddishness that often accompanies any mention of 'super food' these days.
