I can easily see this book being someone's comfort read. Also, even though it's a children's book with talking animals, it doesn’t shy away from some of the darker aspects of nature (by which I mean animals eating other animals), but it does so in a way that allows the book to stay as the light-hearted children's book it's trying to be.
