This was sort of a refreshing read. There’s some pretty typical tropes throughout, but there’s depth in the characters despite how unrealistic the entire situation was. I enjoyed the nuances throughout and the spice was definitely there. I’m excited to see the rest of the friend group!!

I was amused overall by this book. I’m not the just met, wedding in Vegas type of person so I am not a huge fan of that aspect of the story but the rest was pretty decent. It was fun and playful and honest. Definitely spicy though…

It's a good start at first but then the story plummeted just a little and that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Reading this book with France as a background, really reminds me of Anna and thw French Kiss. But sure this book is different. I don't really fancy Ansel's attitude. I mean, I'm putting myself in Mia's shoes and if I was treated just like her, gosh, I'd feel so lost! But the plot is pretty good and I enjoyed the hawt scenes! ❤

But overall, I enjoyed this book. Though it would be better if she madem him grovel a little more. Haha. Ansel should werk it more! Look forward to read the next installment of this series!
