i live for nate and bronwyn but i found myself just scamming through chapters that were not from their perspectives…so yeah. (also why are the last few chapters the only ones that are actually exciting?) i was also very annoyed at simon but i loved the plot twist at the same time, though i never really tought that any of the kids killed him.

I found the writing to be uneven. At the beginning I didn't care for it, but it got better as I read on. I thought Nate and Bronwyn's relationship was well written. There were some ideas in the book that I wish had been examined more: toxic masculinity, slut shaming, pressure to succeed.

i didn't actually finish this ngl I just realised I remember the entire ending and everything in between so didn't feel like reading it anymore. Also i have to start reading a diff book tmr bcs of a school assignment.
