Andre freaking Beaumont.

Sin Bin is book 2 in the Blades Hockey series.

Zoe Mackenzie is a 27 year old PR Coordinator. She is currently living with her dad in Boston. A year ago, Zoe was making her mark in the PR world. UNTIL THAT NIGHT… The night that changed everything. Zoe succumbed to her feelings that she had for her then friend and client, Andre. Unfortunately, a security camera caught them in action, causing her to lose everything, and now no PR firm will touch her.

Andre Beaumont is an enforcer for the Boston Blades. He spends a majority of his time on the ice in the Sin Bin (Penalty Box). He is a mean machine and takes no prisoners. And off the ice, he has gotten a reputation of being a cold like ice. Sponsors are dropping him, and is reputation has hit an all time low. He has one last chance to turn his rep around. One last chance with the help of a new PR firm in Boston, to help salvage what is left of his image. He gets the surprise of his life, when he walks into the office, and the woman he hasn’t spoken to in a year is sitting across from him.

This job is Zoe’s last chance to save her career. The last thing she needs is Andre stirring up old wounds that haven’t fully healed. Their memories of their friendship and the reminders of ‘that night’ continue to follow her. She knows the real Andre, and even though she is telling herself that she doesn’t need him like that anymore, her body has other plans.

Andre was everything. The effect that these two have on each other just by being in the same space was something else. But Andre has a secret that he refuses to let loose. And until he is ready to let that go and let her fully in, the two of them will never be able to move forward.

When he comes to terms that he is going to lose her…again, if he doesn’t let go. He decides to make a grand gesture. And what a grand gesture it is.

”Baby,” he murmurs, his voice pitched low, “if you’re watching this, and I hope to hell that you couldn’t resist doing so, I’m ready to live for you too. I’m standing here open, f*cking vulnerable in nothing but a bathing suit and piercings. I’m yours. Now and forever. The only time I’m landing in the sin bin after this is on the ice — but off it? Not a chance.”

Zoe is a PR coordinator and had a one night stand with a hockey player she was representing. We meet Andre and Zoe again after that situation blew up and they definitely do no get along as well anymore. I loved the grumpy sunshine aspect of this story and how Andre was only really soft ans vulnerable for her.

Andres’ character is one of those that you hat€ to love!!!

Zoe had me shaking my head more than once!! But all good.

OMG!! I can’t tell enough how pissed I was with one of the characters!

Such a great book, I really enjoyed it from the star to the end. Love this series too.

Andre was unpredictable and sexy.
Zoe was so vulnerable even though she didn't want to show it.

I was entertained by this book and the narrators were so great for this book, contrary the to the first book I did hear more Joe Hemple and it was really great.

I absolutely loved this book, it might be my favorite so far in the series. I loved Andre and Zoe’s story so much! The spice was great as well as the storyline. Zoe is funny, bossy, sassy and such a great character. Andre is a little shit and needs to get it together for my girl Zoe. The ending had me on the edge of my seat with all the twists the story took but finally it ended in such an amazing way i couldn’t stop smiling!
